Daniel Lovett

Dan is our Operations Director. He has spent the last 15 years in the construction & rail industries with the majority of this time working within labour supply and on some of the largest projects in Europe. He sees JobMatcha as a positive disruptor for the sector; as a fresh solution for contingent workforce management; and as an innovative way of workers taking control of their assignments.

Jan Post

Jan, our Founder, drew up the blueprints for our platform, inspired by her long career of fighting for individuals’ rights and wanting to do “better for the worker”. With experience of starting, scaling and operating businesses, Jan wisely oversees the future development of JobMatcha. You’ll find Jan immersed in her charitable activities when not engaged with day-to-day business.

Mark Woodcock

Mark, our CEO, runs the show. From platform design to finance, marketing to operations, Mark draws on over 25 years’ experience of bringing exciting products to life. As a self-confessed “Jack of All Trades”, Mark has worked at Blue Chip Plcs and hyper-growth scale-ups alike, including lastminute.com and The Telegraph. When not “spinning his plates”, Mark spends time advising RIFT Social Enterprise- a not-for-profit organization that helped inspire JobMatcha.

Andy Gullick

Andy, another trusted advisor, is the CEO of RIFT Social Enterprise – a not for profit company that focusses on getting the most marginalized in society back into work. He sees JobMatcha as a powerful tool to help employers deliver on their Social Value pledges. As such, Andy is committed to creating a pipeline – of people with convictions, the long-term un-employed and veterans in need, who can be found work via JobMatcha.  Andy has spent all his professional career working with vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals and has worked as both a Prison Governor and the Head of a Childrens Charity.

Jean Duprez MBE

Jean Duprez, MBE and Director of Women into Construction, is an advisor to JobMatcha, in a very special capacity. As a London Ambassador representing construction for the National Apprenticeship Service, an Executive of the Construction Client Leadership Group (CCLG) and a representative on the City of London’s Social Value Consultation Panel, Jean brings invaluable insight and vision. She lives and breathes the sector we work in and ensures that our Social Value mission is at the heart of everything we do

Polly McLaughlin

Polly is our Customer Success Manager and can be found working with Mark on a wide range of daily tasks. Her passion is to ensure we deliver for workers, for employers and the community and she constantly reviews our processes and plans for flaws and improvements. Previously a Team Leader within a busy operational department, Polly also brings experience of customer service within the construction industry.

Outside of work, “Ali” is enjoys spending time keeping fit, supporting Spurs – and running into celebs at JobMatcha functions!

Jane Doherty

Jane has worked with our Founder, Jan, since 2012. She has a proven track record of creatively delivering excellent top-line results and building brands in new and existing markets. Needless to say, when JobMatcha needs some Marketing Magic, Jane is on speedial.

Jon Severs

Jon is a happily-retired entrepreneur from the Recruitment Industry, having built a very successful business from scratch, starting in the 1990s.
