we are a labour supplier

JobMatcha® is expanding its operations and is seeking clients who want a fresh approach to their labour needs. We work with an engaged database of 15,000 pre-verified candidates, who we upskill and move from assignment to assignment. We also have unique access to newly qualified industry operatives and can report on any social value metrics you need to deliver on. With nationwide coverage, flexible commercials and an experienced team, we’re confident we can help you.

WORK WITH US

New partners can be assured of our dedicated, personal service, whilst enjoying the benefits that our tech platform can bring. We are backed by The RIFT Group, an established, local, family business of over 25 years, which has supported the Construction Industry by claiming Tax Refunds for its workers.

We also welcome partnerships with Higher Education establishments, Industry Training Providers and Community Interest Companies that want to make a positive change. Contact us today regarding partnerships.

Risk Management

The fines for employing illegal workers in UK construction have recently increased significantly. As of February 13, 2024: First offense: The maximum civil penalty per illegal worker is now £45,000 (up from £15,000). Repeat offenses: The maximum civil penalty goes up to £60,000 per illegal worker (up from £20,000). In addition to these civil penalties, even more serious consequences can occur for employers who knowingly hire illegal workers, including jail time and director disqualification. We know construction companies can have opaque and very complex supply chains. The technology that JobMatcha® offers provides a level of confidence that labour resources are compliant.

Social Value

The Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 requires public sector clients to consider social, economic, and environmental benefits when awarding contracts. Even in private projects, considering social value can give construction firms an edge. Many planners and developers now expect bids to address social impact. JobMatcha® can report on carbon footprint, diversity and inclusion. We also specialise in local labour, and accessing hard-to-reach cohorts of workers.

Tech enabled empowerment

When using JobMatcha® as a labour supplier, you’ll be sure that workers are being connected to the right opportunities. We will always preference local labour and help you tap into a pipeline of individuals – from experienced operatives, to those in education, to people with convictions, to veterans. Our database, established over the last 3 years, is now over 15,000 strong.
