Every worker has to provide us with their CSCS details.
We check everything digitally (and manually where required).
Every worker we match will have valid qualifications.
We will develop our platform in step with the National TOMs.
We will bring the long-term unemployed, ex-offenders and veterans onto the platform.
We will report on worker demographics, their locality and carbon impact.
The worker is in control of the pay rate they will accept.
The worker will not be exposed to hidden charges or middlemen.
The worker will have access to relevant training.
