JobMatcha is an innovative new recruitment app. You set your rate of pay and we’ll match you to local jobs.
WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE APP?

WHY DO YOU NEED MY PASSPORT?
Part of our process is to make sure you are who you say you are, so we use your passport to confirm your identity. This is part of proving you have the “Right to Work” in the UK
I DON’T HAVE A PASSPORT, WHAT ELSE CAN I UPLOAD?
If you don’t have a passport, there is an option to upload your Visa documents. Alternatively, you can send us a Share Code which we will then verify against the government website.
I HAVE A VISA, CAN I STILL REGISTER?
Yes you can! There is an option to upload your visa documents when registering.
DO YOU NEED MY SHARE CODE?

MY PASSPORT NEEDS REUPLOADING, WHAT DO I DO?
We need to be able to see certain parts of your passport, if were unable to see the details we need we will contact you to ask you to send another copy over to us.
WHY DO YOU NEED TO SEE MY WORK ACCEDITITATIONS?
We check your accreditations to make sure your able to do the job our clients are looking for.
WHAT HAPPENES AFTER I ACCEPT A JOB?
We’ll send you all the details you need to get you ready. We’ll ask for your details to make sure you get paid and let you know what PPE you need.

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED ABOUT JOBS?
When there is a Job Match, the client will offer you the role – you’ll get a notification and email. If you click on “Accept Offer” we will get a contract and other important documents to you.
