Gement Connect is a fully funded online suite of FREE services designed to help you upskill and progress if you work in a construction related occupation.
Want to know how to get fully funded tickets? Help with your CV? How to become CIS gross payment status? If yes, then this program is the right match-a for you!
Once joined, you have 12 months access to the following services:

o HMRC, UTR numbers, CIS and becoming self-employed
o Monthly newsletters
o Industry news, updates to CSCS and regulations, fully funded tickets with our training partners
o Job Applications
o CV checking
o Help applying to jobs
o Mock interviews
o Checking in with you
o 1-1 calls, a listening ear, time to get the information you need
Why does Gement Connect exist?
The construction industry currently faces huge skill shortages, with Construction Skills Network estimating that at least 250,000 additional construction workers will be needed by 2026 to meet growing demand.
A study in 2020 by the CITB found that:
β 71% of new people leave construction after 3 months:
β 50% are dismissed (most common reasons include timekeeping, attendance, attitude and lack of performance etc.)
β 21% resign (most common reasons include lack of support from the employer and/or not feeling valued).
You can join Gement Connect is you have a job offer or have been in construction for less than 6 months. All services offered as part of Gement Connect are fully funded. Those joining the Connect programme will be supported for up to 12 months and have the opportunity to sign up for as many of the below services as desired.
